■ Warm, Dry & Fire Season Is Here
It’s warm, it’s dry, and unfortunately fires are burning in many areas across Oregon.
This is the time of year when we all need to be extra careful. A small spark can quickly become
something much bigger when vegetation is dry.
• Be careful with outdoor equipment that can create sparks
• Make sure trailer chains aren’t dragging
• Follow local fire restrictions
• Keep dry grass and debris cleared away from your home
• Have an evacuation plan and know what you would take if you needed to leave quickly
And most importantly, a heartfelt thank you to our firefighters, first responders and everyone
working to protect our Oregon communities. ❤■
