As we wrap up the week, the Southern Oregon real estate market continues to offer opportunities for both buyers and sellers.
Buyers generally have more homes to consider and a little more negotiating room.
Sellers can still attract serious buyers, but accurate pricing, good presentation, and patience are especially important in today’s market.
Recent Rogue Valley statistics show a median price of approximately $429,000 for existing homes in Jackson County and $378,500 in Josephine County.
The national average 30-year fixed mortgage rate is currently around 6.66%, although individual rates will vary.
If you’re thinking about buying, selling, or simply wondering what your home may be worth, I’m always happy to help you understand our local market. Have a wonderful weekend!-
